My fur babies are very important in my life and I am heart broken every time I lose one. The vet invariably gets most of my money as I have a preponderance to taking the runt of the litters and have a soft spot for animals that have problems.
The picture to the left is of Beau, my Miniature Apricot Poodle and Rusty (my neice's dog who I looked after for years). Both of these dogs are now deceased. Beau cost me a fortune in vet fees as he had epilepsy and developed arthritis. He also developed a number of small lumps at times that had to be cut off. The vet referred to them as pimples but as Rinnie (my brother's dog during his adolesence) had been put down because of cancer, I was not taking any risks with Beau. As it was, Beau eventually sucumbed to kidney failure at the age of 13 years. He was my darling and constant companion.

The picture to the right is of my fur babies Nure and Tessie having a play fight. Nure sadly died in March this year but Tessie is only three years old and is alive and well. Nure was the runt of the litter and very special to me and I miss her terribly. Haven't felt like doing much of anything since she died at the age of 15 years.
A picture of Beau and Tammy above, the cat mum obtained as a mouser. Of course, I made a pet of her and a much loved one at that. She was a great mouser though hard on the birds. Both neighbours had to get exterminators to get rid of rats in their roofs but we were clear thanks to Tammy's ferocious ways.
To the right a picture of my current cats, Leo (14 years) and Xena (10 years).
I hope you will stay a while and check out each of my pet's pages. I apologise in advance to those on dial up as I have plenty of photos to display. You can either use the pet collage at the top of this page or the icons down the side to navigate through the pages.
